Ok so here's where I get to complain... but in fairness I'm going to list at least one positive for every negative... attempt at least! =) I'll be adding to this list periodically I'm sure.
I've had no hot water for the past 5 days.
... I have running water that I don't have to pump or think about.
HBO has commercials here!
... I have tv, cable that I don't have to pay for, and I get to watch American shows and movies on that cable! Including some favorites like Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, and Ellen!!
I had no electricity one night, waking me up at 2am.
... Most of the time I have electricity, and even a/c in my bedroom!
There isn't good coffee here, they don't know what Starbucks is!
... There is a version of Starbucks here called Cafe Coffee Day, not the same but at least I do have an option.
My family is on the other side of the world.
... I have a great other family here, not the same, but at least I'm not here alone.
There will be more added unto these. =)

you get Ellen on your TV? that is so awesome. i am already way jealous about you having "Grey's Anatomy" (but i do get to watch it here in another way, praise Him). i know how much you love Ellen, so that is another excellent blessing from G! yet again, the L said, "here you go, my beloved child."
i love the part about your local "starbucks." can we visit that when i come see you?
